My Artist Statement
My watercolour paintings are distinctly known for their vivid colours, diversity of subjects and variety of numerous watercolour techniques. I have allowed myself the freedom to think, “What If !” and then I add textures and mixed medium to give my art a unique flair.
As I endeavour to represent the beauty that I see and feel around me, I often find myself celebrating the process and uniqueness of each painting. I hope that my expression of art will take the viewer to a place of beauty, joy, or perhaps a special peaceful memory that warms their heart and leads them to buy a painting.
